Biography
Tristan has always had a keen interest in fitness and health. Throughout his whole life he has continued to develop his knowledge, both in theory and in practice.
After completing his degree at University, Tristan worked for a large corporation in live television for three years. After realising this was not his path in life he decided to travel to Asia to explore various healing arts, differing life styles and natural medicines.
During the past three years Tristan has devoted his time and energy into exploring and studying the realms of health and healing. This included studying various massage techniques, yoga styles and healing arts with numerous teachers in northern Thailand.
Training initially with a traditional tribal masseur named Chat Choi (son of Asokananda (Harald Burst)). Tristan then spent time practising before continuing further studies with Laurino Bertelli (senior teacher and former student of Asokananda).
Tristan continued to practice Thai yoga massage for many months, before returning to northern Thailand. He advanced his studies further with Felicity Keebaugh. Specialising in lower back problems, sciatica, insomnia and many other ailments. Tristan also spent time learning from teachers, Nooy, Mr Nut and Pichet Boonthummee, who helped him gain a deeper sense of this phenomenal healing art.
He has since helped assist teaching with Chat Choi in the mountains of northern Thailand, taught groups near Chiang Mai and given numerous therapeutic massage treatments to people from all walks of life. Tristan also gave Yoga classes in Phuket Thailand and has recently given classes and workshops in Worcester UK.
Tristan would like to offer his deepest gratitude to all those along this journey.
